Didn't someone say that Koreans can pretty much postpone enlistment until their 30s. Is that only the case if they have a valid reason to postpone it?

yup thats sorta how it works. if you go to their site theres a huge list of things you can apply for postponement. some of them are a couple weeks, some are a couple months to a year. Pusan got his letter around oct/nov 2012 and he delayed it for quite a bit

I'm sure he can postpone at least until the end of the OSL. He is also still a couple years away from age max. I've known this was coming and honestly just want him to get it over with.
Alternatively: someone shoot him in the foot.
