Illintar and Ashur, thanks for the fast response and the excellent work, as always. Are altered patch_r.mpq's going to be available again? I already miss my bigger game lobby and the nifty looking WC2 skin. | ||

just unrar into starcraft folder, overwrite existing files, and open bw using the launcher. just do not press the update button because updating makes it not work. | ||

) The checks are evil, mainly to disable spambots and hacks. And it works, no bots, no hacks.. For now...However "we" are also trapped. Ilintar instead of putting the file to autoupdate made his own pack on WGT server to let you suffer less, shame on him! Now the autoupdate takes its job properly, BUT!!! Dont forget to disable the NOCD plugin, otherwise you will receive again the evil verification message. I know that nocd is popular, but I wont do the nocd again coz no need to piss Blizzard. The option is to load the ISO image and fool the check -> works, and it will probably work on all new patches. This is Warden guys, soft that protects Battle.net from hacks. | ||
