zdd: making one of those only takes a few minutes so it's not a lot of work (once you get the system down at least). As for the quality, yeah the nicer they look the more they take up....the decent looking ones at a decent size are a bit over a meg, but it's pretty easy to reduce quality in exchange for reducing size. | ||

If it's for that purpose, then assuming this is an online guide, you could have video clips instead of animated gifs to accomplish the same purpose. I think whether a video or animated gif would be preferable depends on the size of what you are showing. | ||
