The trick is finding two units back to back with +1 distance between them. Then, you can attack the front unit by targetting the one behind. PS: come to think about it SCVs shouldn't be able to do it with 100 range. Probes and drones should with 128. However 128 pixels count as +1 range in game, so it could be difficult targeting a mineral first in order to move over an enemy unit to attack it by targetting the one behind when right on top of it like a mineral jump. | ||

You sure about that? I thought it just made all ranged attack miss. Probes and drones are melee and unaffected whilst SCVs for some reason are classified as ranged attack. | ||

No reason why it shouldn't work, but there is a huge if considering you need to issue the attack command after a gather command to a nearby mineral. I'm guessing you aren't doing some crazy cross map switches the pros do on Death Valley. I'm still unsure the level of screen switching needed to bypass a probe over two zerglings across the vespene gas ramp. | ||

That is a great game, but somehow it didn't have the drama of an ASL bracket stage. I guess the stakes were lower. Very impressed by + Show Spoiler + Shuttle | ||
