Looking to catch up to see where everyone's at. Making a Facebook group for interested parties. Group will be for - Nostalgia - Invites to BW nights or events - Connecting with old friends or frenemies - New projects in Brood War - Open to more options, trying to figure out what's best for oldies who are out chasing our careers or starting families or whatnot (I swear to God I'm going to challenge MIT alumni again for a showmatch) | ||

Also on a more opinionated subject, with bisu finishing his military sevice later this year, where does rain stand when comparing the two? I know bisu is an all time great but for some reason Ive always had trouble looking past his sometimes questionable PvT decision making. Seems like Rain could surpass him in the near future if things continue. | ||

to quote flash, he says rain gives a similar vibe to bisu when he plays against them. he doesnt think bisu will have problems getting to the top again but he points out that rain is worthy to be bisu's competitor (which is funny because rain was bisu's protege). he also points out that there are very few bjs now that in the afreeca-era, instill an element of fear (his literal translation is he feels "force") when playing against them. rain and bisu both give him that feeling, which is significant because he includes rain but specifically mentions that he doesnt get that feeling much from bjs after proleagues ended. so basically flash rates rain extremely highly and notes that bisu does have something to prove when he returns, but doesnt doubt bisus ability to do so | ||

Seems like Rain could surpass him in the near future if things continue. @larva slumping i think you refer to the beating he got vs Flash & Last? or that he did not perform well in ksl/asl lately ? i guess you could say that he is slumping a bit in the last matter however playing vs flash&last is asking for it.. in general flash/last dominate larva pretty much there are times when larva is able to take a bo3 but flash & last going like 9-3 / 10-3 is no surprise | ||
