The spirit of the rule is to promote logistical expediency, to avoid lag issues and to ensure the tournament's overall goal of strengthening a foreign scene is achieved. As a result, we have decided to eschew the "residency" rule and implement the TSL rules for this tournament. Those rules are:
Under the TSL rules, you and any other foreigner residing in Korea for not affiliated with a pro team may compete in the TLS provided there are no lag issues. | ||

I imagine he's still in Kor. And TL wouldnt want that :D But i greatly agree to that notion, makes much more sense to me. | ||

Also guys, make sure you register in both qualifiers if you want to play in them. Registering for the first one doesn't automatically put you in both for the weekend. | ||
