All there is at the moment is one side of the story and so far there are four pages of massive anti-SC2, anti-Blizzard circlejerk, filled to the brim with hate and hyperbole. Sure, the current state of BW is nothing to be too happy about. But if this is TeamLiquid's reaction to the issue (or at least TL's BW crowd), then please, don't act surprised if TL and the "Broodwar elitists" are met with disdain everywhere else. This may be one of the last great bastions of BW fandom on the web, this may be your little club to hang out and socialize, but you're doing an abysmal job of representing the oh-so "mature" StarCraft community.

Well, you could have attempted to post a defense of their actions, but I guess that would require more effort and actual insight than a holier-than-thou meta-analysis of the maturity of the BW community, so maybe my expectations are a little high

How many other companies do this with a 14 year old game? How many? List one.

I think BW fans aren't happy when SC2/Blizzard is killing it hard and fast after long journey.

He can't just say "aw c'mon" and then Blizzard "oh okay" and let him stream on whatever provider he wants for a game they own the rights to. They could be looking at losing sponsors and partners because of it, it's not just a backyard tournament this is a big one. What does SC2 have ANYTHING to do with the rights to stream Broodwar? Its just.. game broadcasts on afreeca.. just happened :l like back in the days when there were 1~2 sc streamers they just streamed ppl watched.. it was fun.. and then more ppl came along and streamed and eventually you have ppl like sonic setting up tournaments.. while it would make sense that blizzard would step in for like intellectual property rights stuff for the finals I dont understand why they need to go and attack nowcom and make all sc streamers die T_T im so so so sad..
