I voted skill though. But regarding skill to be more important than manner doesn't mean I have to like him for his skills when there are many players who sufficiently have both qualities.

no one is forcing you to like anyone you are taking someones meaningless comment too far. i helped androide train before wcg2003 and he was very nice to me even though he couldnt speak very much english. i just asked him for a game in a channel one day, he accepted and we ended up playing about 5 in a row then every day after we played a few cuz he wanted to get ready for tvp in wcg. Over time I noticed he had an arrogant side but if you think boxer, nada, reach or any other top korean player is not arrogant deep down you are mistaken. Just like in real sports, all top players have and extreme amount of self confidence and he just chooses to show it. do you know how boring it would be if everyone was perfectly manner on bw?
i'm not surprised foreigners care about manner more than skill now, thats why almost everyone sucks outside of korea, they have no edge to their game and just play to play and then complain about koreans being too good. maybe if everyone started talking trash more they would play a bit harder and get a bit better. you might be surprised how much that aspect of video games corresponds to real sports.
well you might say "koreans dont talk shit to each other in their proteams". well no but they have coaches to motivate them and im sure competition between different teams is quite fierce.
Androide is arrogant and he should be, he's damn good and is in the WCG Finals against a korean pro he knows he can beat after just putting Silent_Control to shame.

Yes, I am a proponent for shittalking online after I came back from a 6 month break. Before I was Mr. Manner, but it gets boring fast and gets you no where even faster.

yeah no further comment, ure a fucking retard. all hes saying is shit talking increases your desire to do better and win the matches. whether it is youre the one talking shit, and have to back it up with something, or ure being talked shit to and you want to stomp the person. its a question of motivation, not direct effect. shit talking does not make u better in a sense that practice does. but it makes u more motivated, and motivation is a large part of this game. i havent met/interacted wtih a lot of gosus, but the one ive met are extremely nice in person, and total asses online. in many cases shit talking is just for fun and stirs up healthy competition.
