I wish them all good luck; and since we can't do anything about them alternating between BW and SC2 just enjoy it.

Not to mention it actually is impossible with them being under contract with GOM, Artosis said so himself. And I know you weren't really thinking it would ever happen, just wanted to throw that out there.

Well, they had to say they hated SC2 when KeSPA and Blizz were at odds, and they have to say they love it now. Probably some like it, some hate it, and some actually hate BW after playing it 14 hours a day for years but have nothing else to do with their lives. I wouldn't take any of their words with too much weight, except MAYBE Flash saying that a new game is invigorating him, because Flash is super-competitive and playing a game where he's not a Bonjwa might be a motivator. Beyond that (and I guess Idra saying he hates SC2), take it all with a grain of salt.

Also, just realized how crucial the player in Game 3 is. As he could potentially be playing BW OR SC2 (from the sounds of it).

As he could potentially be playing BW OR SC2 (from the sounds of it). Eg: Flash is picked 3rd for the BW Bo3. They win 2-0 that Bo3, he doesn't get to play. He can't be picked for the SC2 Bo3, but could play in the ace (which doesn't count). However, next time he is picked to play in another match, it must be for the SC2 Bo3, not the BW Bo3. And so on. Basically each player will have equal BW and SC2 games this way, but still only appears once in a match, if we don't count the ace.

Does the lack of mention in the article mean Bisu is still Protoss and Fantasy is still Terran in SC2 contrary to the earlier news? EDIT: Q: Could you talk about any other famous players who changed races? Park Yong Woon (T1): In the end, no one. One player did attempt it, however. I guess they didn't end up switching... that seems like good news. I don't like the idea of players switching even though the races area a lot difference BW --> SC2 Still, what about Jaedong?

Also its interesting how there seems to be a general consensus that Zerg is weak. I guess it makes sense though since scouting and and reacting correctly to timings is such a huge part of Zerg play. I wonder which race will do best though because I doubt it will be even at the start because, by not practicing with current SC2 pros, the BW team players are in a sort of bubble.

It makes sense now. | ||

If SC2 continues to rise in general popularity, would the BW community ever approach a tournament and perhaps hold a smaller LAN tournament within these larger tournaments. BW could use the current global appeal of SC2 as a jump start to spark global interest in BW. Capitalize on those people who are not big PC gamers, but are considering a switch and can fully run BW, or those who are tight on money and want to try the SC experience for cheap. It may be overly optimistic, but you are still allowed to play BW.
