I wasn't upset (can't speak for howlin) but you're a very frustrating guy to talk to. I don't know what to believe when you say that you can't stand SC2 but that all the matches you've seen are mostly bio. So you pretty much hate a game but you've watched enough games to make that distinction? I can understand checking back every once in a while to see if you've changed your mind (that would be a very even-headed thing to do) but when you say things like -

- it implies that you're not exactly collecting a large sampling size for yourself.
I'm not saying you have to like SC2, but please don't make base observations about the meta game when you clearly aren't knowledgeable on the subject. I'm sure you wouldn't want me doing the same thing about BW, and I probably watch far more BW than you do SC2.

Well sc2 fans keep asking bw fans to give a chance to sc2 so than I again I load up randoms sc2 vods to get interested in it and in the end it always the same result that doesn't get me impress over the game .

True, but it has been this way since the release of StarCraft 2 during off seasons.
People can translate a lot more articles if they wanted to. For one, I'm lazy and I believe others are lazy too. But when the scene shifts, we will have less articles/translations on this forum (keep in mind that we still can't translate fomos articles, which actually has some interesting interviews that we cannot post here).

This bothers me actually.
No one should be forced to switch to SC2 even if BW-only Proleague is over. Suggesting is nice, but everyone has their opinions after watching few (or in some cases, one [in the early days of MLG/GSL, I fell asleep during the first match that I watched]) VODs. If they don't want to step into SC2, then the discussion ends there. They don't like it; no matter what you do, they will not watch SC2 unless they decide to change their minds in the future.
That's why I play both games and make comparison between both games when I stream. For SC2 fans, I can give a taste of what BW was like and how it was harder in some ways, while introducing some BW fans to SC2. Trust me; when I stream SC2, many BW fans leave the channel but many viewers don't stay in there 'preaching' to the other community that they should switch over. Why can't everyone be like this?

I feel like an important point to bring up is that bw fans who became fans of both games started watching sc2 because BW is/was being aired less and less and they had free time and wanted to enjoy RTS games, I know I'm not alone in saying if BW was on 7 days a week I would watch every night and only watch sc2 when there was no BW going on.
oh and about the VOD It's just the first thing I could think of that doesn't require a GSL ticket to watch, I know it's not the best and most action packed game out there it was just a mech tvz example.

Basically it was just my observation that I see that the studio doesn't show most of the seat in the gsl venue compared to proleague even though there is a little people attending for each game at least they will show the crowd faces and cheerful they bring for the pro gamers . I have no idea why you are getting so work up for that . My point is that you're so defensive that you cannot even recognize a mistake in an assessment you made about SC2 before you jump to another unrelated thing to criticize. And I'm not sure you noticed, but I'm not worked up at all over this. I didn't watch much BW so I don't have reasons to be upset about anything. If criticizing sc2 can get me paid for a living I would have watch everything carefully but that is not the case and yeah I was pretty ignorant about mech not being viable versus zerg but the majority of each game that I watch . I don't know what to believe when you say that you can't stand SC2 but that all the matches you've seen are mostly bio. I can understand checking back every once in a while to see if you've changed your mind (that would be a very even-headed thing to do) but when you say things like - MvP v July made me sleepy after the 15 minute mark so yeah you can say it again I am not going to touch any sc2 vod for a long time after this . - it implies that you're not exactly collecting a large sampling size for yourself. I'm not saying you have to like SC2, but please don't make base observations about the meta game when you clearly aren't knowledgeable on the subject. I'm sure you wouldn't want me doing the same thing about BW, and I probably watch far more BW than you do SC2. Well sc2 fans keep asking bw fans to give a chance to sc2 so than I again I load up randoms sc2 vods to get interested in it and in the end it always the same result that doesn't get me impress over the game .
Then just ignore them and dont replay. The reasons comments like this pops up because you or someone else keeps ranting about them. If someone says somethign extramely stupid, just be a more grown up, and let it go.

This bothers me actually.
No one should be forced to switch to SC2 even if BW-only Proleague is over. Suggesting is nice, but everyone has their opinions after watching few (or in some cases, one [in the early days of MLG/GSL, I fell asleep during the first match that I watched]) VODs. If they don't want to step into SC2, then the discussion ends there. They don't like it; no matter what you do, they will not watch SC2 unless they decide to change their minds in the future.
That's why I play both games and make comparison between both games when I stream. For SC2 fans, I can give a taste of what BW was like and how it was harder in some ways, while introducing some BW fans to SC2. Trust me; when I stream SC2, many BW fans leave the channel but many viewers don't stay in there 'preaching' to the other community that they should switch over. Why can't everyone be like this?
Because trolling gets results, sadly.
I'm a believer that every SC2 fan should play BW, becuase it'll make them want to emulate the better parts of BW. 6m1hyg, for all it's kinks right now, is a real effort to improve SC2, being made because people saw BW and thought "I like that, that, and that". And also, obviously, because BW is one of the greatest multiplayer games ever made, technical issues aside, and is worth the headache of setting up.

Agreed, look at AoE2's scene, its really small but still very active, and some pros playing showmatches etc weekly. I said many times, as long as you keep playing the game it is still alive

I will probably watch some foreigner events as long as they are not played on Fighting Spirit. Seriously, ICCup should ban that map.
And Ribbon, the 6m 1hyg is probably the waystone whether Blizz actually cares or not: Barrin himself said that 6m 1hyg is not as good as he expected and I myself didn't see much difference between a normal SC2 game and FRB (I watched two FRB's.) But: Barrin also said that FRB WITH highground advantage could make the game so much better. So it comes down to Blizz whether they want to introduce highground advantage, which is necessary anyway, with or without FRB.
Imo, the future of SC2 won't be rosy if these changes won't be introduced. I have no big hopes about that.
(admittedly, I don't have any hopes for SC2)
