oh man; I'm really sorry guys. I wasn't trying to say that Flash was bad. That wasn't my intention at all. I was just really surprised that he lost in that fashion because in my mind he's always been this "god like" Android Terminator from the future that was completely indestructible (just from everything I've heard).
Kind of like finding out as a kid that Santa Claus isn't real, ya know?
Edit: rereading that and I guess it did sound like I was saying Flash was bad... sorry again, wasn't my intention at all. Just poorly worded.

I just didn't understand your logic at all. If you heard that Flash was God, then why not watch one of the games where he's God (which is a good 90% of them)? Up until that game against Dear, for over 2/3 of the season, he was not only undefeated, but every single game he played was utter domination. None of the games were even remotely close; he rolled over the best PvTer in the world like it was nothing, and stomped through the 3 top Zergs like they were mere insects. "Putting up a good fight against Flash" was basically just "Stalling your imminent defeat for 10 minutes or so."
But you chose the only loss out of all the 16 games he played up until today as the criteria to judge him, which just honestly makes it seem like you were trying to be disappointed. Well, if you're going to specifically search for a letdown, then there's no way to save you from that. Everyone drops games. It happens. He still has a 94% win rate and is hugely favored over every single player in existence*. That may not literally be "godlike android terminator that's completely indestructible," but it's the closest you'll ever find.

Flash tends to cut a lot of corners and take risks. He's uncannily good at cutting the right corners and taking the right risks, but once in a while he falls flat on his face. This game, he fell flat on his face. There are plenty of VODs where you can watch him walking all over people though
