kespa and the related corporations are currently doing their best in finding new sponsors. Kespa's first priority is to find individual sponsors, but if that doesn't work they will probably combine the three teams and propose a combined a team to potential sponsors. A lot of korean netizens are thinking that combining the three to make a new team is going to be at least a little better for proleague, since then there would be 8 teams playing instead of 7.

If all of this means that JD, Sea and Baby get to be on the same team with a stronger sponsor, then this could very well turn out to be great news. Not to mention Killer, Hiya, Mind, Jaehoon, Tyson and a bunch of rookies. In fact, that team would be too stacked.
I'm sad but optimistic.

OT+unconfirmed rumours (source plu/wfbrood)
MYM announced they are disbanding. E-Stars competition in Seoul decided the ban all Blizz games. Korean e-sport media and organisers are beginning to team up against Blizzard. WCG2011 might not have any Blizz games.
If this is true, it seems that Kespa is willing to lose everything rather than team up with Blizzard?

Is it comfirmed that MBC and Oz will disband or are this still rumors ? Sorry for not reading 30 pages of comments .

Oh no... so many teams, so many players, and it's hard enough already finding ONE new sponsor for a team. I expect at least one sponsor though (I hope it's Korean Air!) to take up the task of running a team, which would make next year's SPL 8 teams - and perhaps the playoffs will be reduced to 4 teams. Although it's a tragedy that so many teams are disbanding all at once, I think us fans can look to the bright side and look forward to the next season with super-stacked teams!
P.S. KHAN PLEASE PICK UP JAEDONG OR KILLER

Sad day for BW.

When will we be able to see any changes being made? Will it be soon or after OSL/MSL?

Probably on September first things will be much clearer.

T_T I really hope other sponsors step in.

This is terrible news. WEM was bad enough, but two more teams instead of just one? I hope it doesn't come down to two teams having all of the top talent.

Fucking money.
I'm not sure how to feel about all this.

I don't think that Flash is the one destroying broodwar, there seems to be a strange correlation between tragic incidences in broodwar and me being ill... *eatsvitaminpills*
On a more serious note: I hope Kespa can find a solution for the teams. Finding sponsors for one, two or all three of the teams with the remaining players continue playing at some other team.

Really sad if it is true Hwaesung was once Ideal Space *sigh*.... This is coming from someone who has never liked Hwaesung or any of its players since 2005.

We need solutions but I doubt that it's FlaSh killing BW as much as it is just coincidence.

That is a very very scary thought. It would be a total alienation of the korean scene from the rest of the world.
