I don't really care if the brand name "MBCGame" doesn't exist any longer, so long as the channel/team survives in some manner.
Isn't e-sport a national sport for Korea? If it still is, then the Gov will step in.

MSL/OSL in my mind always existed as a pair, and it'll feel so weird with just one, and not the other. The more I think about this, the less sense it makes for them to consider such a move. What was the point of fighting off Blizzard, if they only do one or two more Starleagues after that?! That whole lawsuit only makes sense if they had long-term plans...

Sure. I was thinking more Sweden or the West Coast of the US, which have "e-sports" scenes, but not BW specifically. Fly TLBS down to Anaheim for some show matches, and hand out fliers with a website where people can watch BW games with English commentary, ad-supported.
League of Legends at Dreamhack this year got something like 200,000 viewers, just because it had good advertising (link to stream in the game client). I'm going to avoid the BW/SC2 thing because it's touchy, but I'm pretty sure BW can beat fucking LoL if the foreign BW community puts enough oomph into it, and starts proselytizing a bit more, and if the BW scene reaches out a bit more.
Yeah, it'll take a few years to pay off, but doomsayers aside, BW isn't going to up and die in the near future.
