The opposite is true for me, after many hours into the night,,like 6 AM.. I start to be unable to process the vast amount of information in starcraft, and play with poor mechanics and HORRIBLE decision making, watching my kayte night reps is LOL. | ||

I think that's exactly the point - do mad practice at the time of the day when your brain works most horribly  I guess it's similar to how martial arts people wear heavy clothes or athletes wear masks to practice - you practice under the most disadvantageous conditions and when those handicaps are off you will be crazily stronger (or at least will improve faster than by only practicing in ideal conditions). | ||
