If Jaedong doesn't quit, things will look much worse:
- Hwaesung can pay him whatever they want and he can't even neg it up. Hell it would be even lucky if the bosses kept their 140k offer.
- Other progamers will never dare to do the same thing which makes this job even shittier.
- Fans will be so angry and it will hurt progaming sooner or later. The overall quality of the games and leagues now are still good thanks to the great pool of players, but who knows if in the next seasons things get worse (because of some crap maps, repetitive gameplay, mirror finals, Korea gets into FIFA World Cup quarter finals and stealing all the focus etc.). Many people may just decide to stop following Starcraft all together.
