I know this is sort of odd, but the interest was sparked after viewing the Nada and Baseball blog. I was curious if there were any know progamers that are sporty? Any of them that are good at sports or big into any.

Boxer was good at basketball, July was good at baseball, Reach was good at Hapkido, Kingdom was good at Kendo, and so on. Most of them quit whatever sport they were pursuing when they picked up SC for fear of hurting their hands and fingers.

Generally progamers do not play sports that may injure their hands, but I do know they play soccer as a team. I don't know if any of them are any good.

Yeah I remember reading something about Leta being hardcore into martial arts when he was younger. And something about Yarnc being good at soccer? Don't have source for these, but they stick in my mind out for some reason.

eSTRO used to play a lot of soccer as part of their in-house training/lifestyle. Daniel told me once that they were pretty damn good too.

In the intro before the grand finals of the 2008 OSL that July won, it said that he was very good at baseball before becoming a progamer. He was the type of good where he could get into high schools with his talent and be on his way towards playing as an occupation or something...but he chose SC instead.
