I used the high-resolution hack and fraps to take a LOT of screenshots (something like 100?)
Then I just took gimp and stuck them all together (you could probably do this in paint too, although it'd take much, much longer)

It's really nice for watching replays, although I assume playing with it is near-impossible since it lags so bad
