I used to think Heidegger brilliantly bypassed the problem of subject/object through his introduction of dasein and the background but no my philosophy professor tells me he actually took a shortcut and ignored all the important stuff and started with the impersonal. I still think Sartre doesn't make a lot of sense and from a very shallow perspective his philosophy seems to have a lot of inconsistencies in it. Is this a justified reaction, why or not. Thanks
