try this. The carrot juices they sell in Costco, all organic, I forgot the brand (maybe bolthouse?) but it's 4 to a pack. I had small size stools or diarrhea for a while, but since I've been drinking these carrot juice, I've had normal size stools, albeit orange. And they come out so smoothly.
