I think it just means that instead of 24 people advancing, one more will advance to fill Magma's spot that he got from getting to the Ro32 (didn't know Ro32 got seeds =O).

Most likely just going to be something similar to what happened to BackHo's spot, only this time predetermined.
Normal round till 24 are filled, and all the losers can battle out for one last final spot. At least would be my way of solving it simple.

Wait... so if Magma made it to the Ro32, why not just keep playing until you get knocked out? This doesn't add up. I guess Hyvaa was taking his spotlight when he dominated in WL.

Doesn't sound simple. Better solution is 25 qualifier groups instead of 24, that fixes it.
