I use Bacon(decide how much you like to eat) 2 Egg yolks 1 tablespoon of cheese Half a small onion Spaghetti Mushrooms(I like these but not really needed if you don't like em) I first boil water then add salt and pasta. Cook until al dante. Meanwhile, get some olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon for around 5 minutes. Add garlic and shrooms if you used some. Cook till garlic becomes soft. By this time, your pasta should be almost done. Get 2 egg yolks in a bowl and beat with 1 tablespoon of the hot pasta water and the cheese. Put the pasta in the pan with the garlic and bacon and cook till most of the water evaporates. Once that is done, dump all in the pan into the bowl with mixed cheese and egg. The latent heat from the food in the pan will cook the egg. Just mix it in the bowl and sprinkle some black pepper(something corn.. can't remember the exact name). Eat. ^^ EDIT: You may want to add half a teaspoon of salt or lesser into the pan when you toss the pasta and bacon together for more taste. I don't really like rich tasting food. | ||

My little ditty Breakfast- for dinner: First course: Caramelized Peaches - First take some peaches and cut them in half. Remove the pit and then take them, and place them face down into a frying pan. -Pan filled with olive oil - Caramelize the peaches by simmering the peaches (face down) in the oil, take them off when you want to. The long you let them sit, the more gushy and more flavorful they will become. But don't go too long, otherwise you will be dealing with mush. Not good. - Take the two halvs out, and place them in a small bowl. - Take 1 spoon full of vanilla ice cream and place the ice cream inside of the peach, where the pit used to be. It should hold the ice cream perfectly. -Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon over the top -Add a stick of cinnamon to garnish -Wait a sec for the ice cream to melt, just a bit then serve! Second course: Peanut butter french toast Take two slices of good french bread, and spread CHUNKY peanut butter over them (have a bowl already prepared with some eggs, (scrambled of course) and add the eggs a bit of cinnamon.) Dip your peanut better sandwitch, both sides in the egg- and place onto a skillet Cook, and take it off when the top and bottom of the french toast is becoming browned. Put on a plate, drizzle with syrup. Sprinkle powered sugar over the top, and add a few raspberries Serve with a side of COLD WHOLE MILK Third course: Espresso. Served with a biscotti to top off your meal Hope you like it. I will admit that it is a heart torpedo, but hey- you only live once right? | ||
