Telling them it's bad for them, or that you disagree with it, probably won't do you any good. Just make sure you don't let them talk you into doing it, they've apparently already made up their mind.

Just call them a retard if you feel so strongly about something. If they get defensive lay into them.
If it doesn't matter that much to you, just ignore it until someone asks you about your take on it.

I'd just casually treat it negatively like...
Person 1: I'm going to take some adderal tomorrow!
Me: Haha eww.
More realistically however it would go:
Person 1: I'm going to take some adderal tomorrow!
Me: I just smoked a whole bunch of crack!

It's not really the right thing to do, but I'm a wuss, so I figure that if they want to take drugs...

Person 1: I'm going to take some adderal tomorrow!
You: Oh yeah? where's the party at?
Person 1: I'm not sure, we'll probably pregame at Stacy's and then go out.
You: Cool, give me a call when you guys head out.
No one wants to hear what you opinion on drugs is, especially in college. Just so you know, Adderal is like eating 50 sugar packets. In most cases, they'll be more hyper than usual and may experience some dry mouth.
Play it cool, like the Fonz.
If you can't do that because your too much of a tight-ass, then don't hang out with people that put you in that situation. There's always World of Warcraft.
