Is there any statistics behind the ratings improving? Because even with dwindling ratings, OSL/MSL finals will still pull in a full house.

I agree again. It was probably the map set. They had some horrible maps then, and now they are somewhat better. Not exceptional, but good enough to not make SC boring to watch,
You see both go FE safe builds. Double expo, triple expo, attack move at 200/200.

Uhm, maybe. When Iloveoov was dominating (he dominated far, far more than Savior did) Starcraft was close to collapse. No one came to watch anymore, they where about to stop sending SC on tv because everyone knew Iloveoov would just win anyways.

I disagree, even if he was dominating it was only a 80 percent chance of winning during those times. Thats by far, no even close, to 'winning anyway'. I believe when/if sAviOr comes back 100 percent, we'll all be cheering for him, but even more so, we'll be seeing the person who'll bring him back down to earth.
Who wants to see a bunch of mediocre players fight it out? We want the one who truly shines out from the scene and starts dominating again. Thats my wish and my love for starcraft will be doubled if it happens. Especially cause i love savior, gogo 2009!

I agree with bluestorm but I kinda liked Katrina, it had a lot of really awesome games on it.
