[Video] Me singing again.

The quality, sound, video editing, is really bad. I know. The harmonies were made up on the fly, which made things awful.
But I'm posting because I need feedback.
Anyone know a program that will let me do this a lot better than WMM? WMM effs up because it can only have two videos overlaid, and only two audios. And that makes things shit with 4 parts.

Don't comment on the singing. I know it's terrible. And turn your speakers (DOWN)edit. Soooo many excuses. Again, this is more about me finding out what video editing software would be good. And I'm getting a headset in the future to go with the cam.

2 points of advice. Get a really good mic. Audacity would be a good simple start for mixing audio. You could could get crazy and get ProTools which is industry standard mixing software.

I'm looking to splitscreen the video and sync it as well. Audacity is great but unfortunately out of my current means. As is a good mic, I think.

For video editting software... Vegas Studio :O That seems to be the most popular. Ask GI about it

i will expand on this

ya audacity is a simple (free) multitrack recording program. that's all you'll need for basic stuff, you can even equalize/compress/add reverb/any other really basic post-processing you'd need to do.

getting a good mic, on the other hand, is a serious investment so only do it if you're serious! in order to kick up the quality past "computer mic" level, you have to upgrade several parts of your recording chain, not just the microphone itself. for example, if you were to get some cheapo dynamic microphone and run it through an unbalanced input into your computer's line in, it's going to sound better than a computer mic, but definitely still won't sound great
