When I look at replays of best foreign Protoss players (like MIStrZZZ, Dreiven or NonY) I have feeling that they do not have that perfect macro. I see many times MIStrZZZ when is attacking do not care about base so after battle he has like 1k resources. They sometimes do not macro that well so their resources grow higher and higher constantly. Conclusion? They do not gain their B/A ranks on ICCup for just macroing more units and controlling them better. So why they win? They have theoretical knowledge about build, MUs, counters and so on. Few players (MIStrZZZ, White-Ra) do FPVODs and I really respect them for this.
So you may ask - why the fuck this damned Nergal is doing blog explaining obvious things? Answer is: maybe good player will see this blog and do strategy guide for Protoss like for example Ahzz did for Zerg? This is really bad that Zerg players have so nice backup while we poor tosses can read only few little, outdated guides. What do you think about this?

I agree that there is more to a A/B player than meets the eye. A good player who can get A/B will know what to do more often, and better. It's not just a matter of being able to do what you want; it's also knowing what to do when. For example, when I expand later in pvp, I get really nervous, whereas, depending on the circumstances, an A player in my exact position would know whether or not he was in a good position, based on a lot of other information.
One case where this happened: I was playing Sea[Shield] pvp. I expanded before him. Everything else being even, I was ahead economically (before you factor in his macro is better overall). He used his shuttle play to keep me at home. If I were in his shoes, I would have been worried that something could go wrong with the shuttle play and I'd end up significantly behind, but the thought probably hadn't even gone through his mind. He knew how ahead he was and how ahead he was going to be, just because of his skill.
Another example is when I played Nony pvp. I expanded before him, and took a third before him. On paper, I should have been ahead. But he wasn't the slightest bit nervous (at least I doubt he was). He adjusted his play accordingly, and slowly overcame the difference until he was way ahead. It wasn't just that he has good macro or micro (although his storms did hurt me a lot), it's that he knows what the deal is!

Yeah and I mean this. We need up to date Protoss guide when good player give insight into how to adapt to opponent play, how you should do attacking actions (when to attack and when to stay at home) etc. This would be great work for community IMHO... :D

How about Art of Protoss?
Maybe a little out of date, but still very helpful. What I'd love to have is basically openings, mid-game strategies, and late-game unit combinations, and how they all interact. Like, 1gate/2gate/FE into robo/stargate/citadel into [insert units here] to get a clear map of what's possible/viable with each opening.
It'd be really helpful especially for newer players to know what options are available so they're not just like "what? you mean one gas isn't enough to support corsair/dt/reaver?"

No, its not experience. Not always. There is still some old gold in BigBalls's guides in reccomended threads, what I miss really is a FE guide for the new maps. The only thing we have seems to be the wallin' on popular maps.

Read Art Of Protoss site that someone above mentioned. There are some basic trainings. Then read reccomended threads. This should help a little bit.
