Before I give my condolences to the brave group who take the time to play Zerg let me bore you with some backstory.

I started off as a Zerg user, then I found out about progaming and of course fell in love with Boxer, Nada and Xellos at the same time (I'm a slut I knoe D: ), thats a story for another time. So I became terran, after a brief stint with school realizing I'd be nice to graduate High School I came back and started playing Protoss. For the first time I actually had a 'complex' understanding of the game, timing, counters, build orders, knowing detailed weaknesses to builds even dabbled in mind games some. Recently, I hit and overcame and then ran into a now boulder of a problem C-, and above, Zergs. So I'm like I have 300+ replays of incontrol, 200+ of Mondragon I'll watch a few like I do my Stork, Bisu, Nony(long list of Toss foreigners) replays and try a few games. That didn't go so well to say the least.
You Zerg players are beasts, I can handle playing Terran, heck I managed to get to mid D+ on a TvT/TvP only account. When I played Zerg, I suddenly realized this shit is bananas. You guys can't constantly make workers or you run out of units, you guys can't tech all you want because it shits on your eco more than the rest of us, you guys can't make static defenses without cutting back your eco even MORE, you guys can't waste units even though you're arguable squishiest race, you dont have que's for buildings you have larva, you guys cant choose, like others, to wait for that convient unit callout 'im done lets rape shit' because there are 2 other larva waiting there. The first 3 minutes of the game makes or break and tells exactly what youre going to do. I mean, there's so much involved its inhuman to even consider playing Zerg.
I met a weak zerg player who for his life could not defend a 2gate(he did 9pool, 9overpool,12pool,12hatch basically everything) I saw him play a toss whols PvZ was laughable(and coming from me that says alot :D ) and I could see everything he did wrong. Me with my pro, 'typical protoss' self was like, its ok noob I'll show you how to win. I got beaten down more than he did, and thats when it all hit me, Zerg players, I love you guys and I'm glad you're Zerg because if you put all the dedication into any other race I wouldn't be able to win at ANY Matchups.

My name is Zerg, and I hate every single one of you Protoss. All of you are whiny, cheesy, no-lifes who spend every second of their day building a pretty base of pylons. You are everything bad in Starcraft. Honestly, have any of you ever gotten over 100 apm? I mean, I guess it's fun DT rushing noobs because of your own insecurities, but you all take to a whole new level. This is even worse than 7v1 comp stomp.
Don't be a stranger. Just hit me with your best shot. I'm pretty much perfect. I have 300 apm, and I am leader of my Starcraft clan. What games do you play, other than "fastest possible map Xperts only"? I also get straight A's on iccup, and have a banging hot Zerg Queen (She just blew me; Shit was SO cash). You are all Protoss noobs who should just kill yourselves. Thanks for listening.

Anyways, I think some races just come easier to certain people than others.
For example, I always find terran and zerg much easier to use than protoss for some strange reason.
With terran and zerg, I can usually cruise to c-/c on iccup with no problem, but with protoss, I struggle to just hold a c- rank
Ya, I'm one of the few oddballs who finds protoss harder to use than terran or zerg 
So while some people may think a z is harder than p or t, there are others who may find it easier to use
it's just a personal preference

allow is right though, i started playing P, and went k this is boring, then tried out terran cause zerg seemed too hard. terran i found to be alot hard to play, the armout of mirco needed ain battles and the apm needed just kills me, while with zerg i found this balance, i can keep up with most things, at least early game and can kinda hold my own late game aswell.
but i did find just learning how to manage zerg to be a totally differant experiance then the other races for the reasons you stated. and i gotta say your right

Yes, Zerg is quite a bit different from protoss and terran. The whole larva management is so important. While Protoss and Terran have buildings to produce SCVs and units, you can macro pretty well just to make sure that all your production buildings are pumping. You'll always be making workers AND military. But with zerg you choose one or the other, or make a delicate balance.
Think of it this way; your opponent is constantly pumping workers, regardless of whatever else he's doing (usually). With Zerg, every larva COULD be a drone. Every 2 lings could have been a drone instead, so you better use them well, and use them quickly. If you're just gonna let them sit around, you could have made the drone first and gotten lings later. And Zerg units look more expendable than other units, because they're "easily replenishable," but that's completely false. Every 2 lings you waste early is another 2 lings you're going to have to remake later, or even immediately, depending on the situation. Every 2 lings is a larva, and again, every larva COULD have been a drone.
It's sick.

I've been trying to move over to Zerg from Protoss, but it is becoming very difficult. After trying to learn Zerg I have a new respect for Zerg players.
