Once again the internet is at fault. Yeah, why not. The internet, devil's advokate. Makes parenting much easier just to shut the internet down. Makes parents feel really strong and mighty to shut down the evil. Owned, problem solved. Or is it?
Diablo II, another one of these hack 'n' slash games that will be way too easy to be fun.
No typo there, no. I meant it that way, it will probably be too easy once again just like Diablo 2. And probably just as stubborn.
ps: don't even tell me SP is hard. It isn't, it's just boring. I have played it several times and I stopped playing it at the very moment I realized that I'm wasting my time.
When it comes to character classes I can only say that Diablo 2 failed overall. Barbarian was ok. Necromancer well... imo out of place... not again please. Amazon meh, the Rogue was much better, she had a lot more flair. Assassin WTF not copied at all ehh?! Druid LOL, write hundred times "I shall not take funny pills before designing characters". The Paladin was the only choice of all that I really, really liked, probably because he's so similar to the old Warrior.
And finally... the Sorceress... huge fail!!
I don't want that character to be female again, sorry! (Yes, that actually matters in an adventure/RPG game!) Ever since I played the original Diablo game it never felt right to play a Sorceress. The Mage with his magic robe is much more original and I also want him to be black simply because he was black in the first place. But this time please give him a black speaker! It was so obvious that a white guy spoke as the black Mage in Diablo, well at least to me. Imo the only reason they've decided to have a Sorceress in Diablo 2 was that they were pretty uncreative. They thought it would be more exciting to get Superwoman into the game and call her Sorceress. They were right... but Superwoman is always exciting, that got nothing to do with the game. Huge fail. She doesn't belong to the Diablo series.
Also don't ****ing give the Mage an orb and a shield, those orbs are SOOOOO out of place and SOOOOOOO not original it hurts my eyes when I see that! Can't you just modify staves so that they are equally useful??? Really, that can't be so hard, just use your brains!!
Blizzard should take a deep, a really deep look at the Diablo game. All three main characters gave the impression of being really tough fighters. Guys who earned their bread with their guild and maybe saved a kingdom once. Would you expect that from... a Necromancer? A Druid? An Assassin? Hell, no...
Flair is all in RPG-like games. Don't forget where the characters come from that you choose, Blizzard. Be careful and don't follow into the footsteps of modern everything-in-one RPG's that are so overloaded and so not original because you just don't have an idea what exactly is the theme. WoW for example. What the hell, half of the game is taken from other games, slightly modified and sold as new stuff. Don't fool the community! You can't!
It is different because in SC it is up to you what you want to do to get ahead of your opponent while in SC2 you must build in (a weird form of) gas management into your play.
Forcing players to do certain stuff that is not neccessary is utterly retarded. Like they want to make competitive gamers walk a thin line as if competitors must be punished for being competitive......
Bisu's play was extremely flawed. Haven't you seen the game? He just had a much stronger strategy and he had his sairs where they had to be at certain times. Whatever Jaedong did was reflected later on. This game shows Bisu's game sense but it also shows a lack of control imo. I'm wondering if his hand still isn't cured.
How so without cheating? I think you have no idea how incredibly rare the items are that you need to break immunities.
Or you're using some illegal method.
Immunes are the main reason I'm not playing Diablo 2 anymore. Anyway gl & hf all of you who still like that game enough to look over its huge flaws.
Mister Starstroll. I think I know what leads to your faulty logic. Perhaps you're doing the same that a witness does when he once saw the face of the defendant in the TV and then has to identify him in front of the jury. You assume you've seen him at the site of crime although you did not.
I know what the Gundam rush is, I've seen replays and some VOD's from the player Gundam doing it 6 years ago! Since some years I've only seen the Gundam rush once or twice in a replay, perhaps because it is so risky (or even unknown to many).
You could easily see the flaw in your logic by just understanding that the 2 fac pushes into tank/vult are named after Nada and Joyo. It can't be Gundam rush because it is already called Nada/Joyo push. There is no other 2 fac build other than vulture push so the only build left is 3 fac which is called Gundam rush.
This is leading nowhere, believe whatever you want to believe. I don't want to convince you, I just don't want you to spread false informations which you still do. I highly doubt you have enough knowledge about which build orders evolved at what point in SC history. Ah, do whatever what you want.
@ iNc: who said I was talking about a 2cm wall? It is your imagination that fooled you, my metaphor was all correct.
If you like a stronger metaphor, here it is: the wall must be climbed and is 8 meters high. Makes some yawn, makes others proud.
What's your problem, man?
And if you don't see the competition in Diablo 2 that's your milk, I myself see some competition in it and if only for 12-year-olds.
Just because you are on a much higher level doesn't make your experience/view the only one in this world. Many people feel good after a small success. Climb the 50 meters wall but don't say you're ultimately right.
And it seems to me that you got me totally wrong, because I am anti MBS. Surprised?
What the, I thought team Estro seemed more interested in having healthy gamers from what Daniel Lee said in an interview. Guess I was wrong, they're even practicing in their free time? They're stupid, and the coaches have to read some good books about learning. The learning effect ends after about 7-8 hours of practice/day no matter what you're learning. Muscle memory stops at about 6 hours already. That's a protective function from the brain, it starts filtering most of the information and even though you can still think and understand you can't memorize most of it anymore.
The only reason they keep playing after 8 hours is that they're addicted. They don't know what else to do. They should better use the 2 extra hours for sports/exercises/rest/anything but not gaming.
This is retarded. That way they definitely will destroy their own health, step by step.
People also "forgot" about Testie's hacking incidents. Or Selector's. Or NaDa's. But they won't ever forget about MistrZZZ hacking incident that actually didn't happen. Shows that it's not the hacking that people care about, they just want a rotten apple to kick around for some time, then they lose interest and find another one.
And much more!
The challenge is for all you guys who read this blog, to try to find a post(made before the time this post is posted) by "ForAdun" on any thread where he expresses joy and content, or even happy face or w/e. I've never seen a poster so bitter it's amazing.
So get to it! I dare you to find a happy post by ForAdun before this date.
edit: I just pmed foradun!
