Hello again, tis me.

Things are going well. I am tired right now but luckily tomorrow is my rest day. I am stronger and a bit more built, once I get ahold of a camera I will take a picture I promise.

Anyways, this is what my weekly schedule looks like these days. Note that the order listed for a given day does not necessarily reflect the order I do the exercises in.


Mon: 3:55

30 Warmup + D-stretches
30 20 HR Spin + Pullups/Chinups
30 Core: Pushups and Upper Abs
60 10 HR Spin + Olympic Lifts(snatch high pull and push press)
30 Indo Board
30 Isometric Stretching
10 Grip Training


Tue: 3:55

30 Warmup + D-stretches
15 Isometric holds
45 H.I.I.T 20 min + Pullups/Chinups + Back Extensions
30 Indo Board
60 10x10 rows and 10x10 curls - 25 lbs
40 10 HR Spin + Rock Climbing
15 Balance Drills


Wed: 3:00

30 Warmup + D-stretches
15 Isometric holds
20 Indo Board
30 10 HR spin + Squats
30 Core: Back and Lower Abs
30 Isometric Stretching

I've really started to vary the exercises in my core workout. I don't want to get into that right now because I am feeling lazy but if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.

oh and umm, the numbers on the right side of the "workouts" is kind of an estimate of how long they tend to take

Stuff like this always amazes me. I workout pretty hard, but it's mostly for powerlifting so it's bench, squat, and deadlift plus accessory exercises. I may be able to move heavy things, but I've always wanted to be a well-rounded and athletic individual. Maybe when I have more time...

should prolly take one day off a week so you dont overtrain! like not even the balance drills on sun.

overtraining is a bitch. my shoulder is still killing me and i still ahvent been there in 2+ weeks

tiff is right, diet is important. what are you eating?

in the morning i have some yogurt and 2 raw eggs
and then an apple when i stretch



then maybe 2 hours later i will eat like some trail mix or nuts, and some more fruit

then a couple hours later i generally have alot of veggies

then a couple hours later i have granola or somethin, and maybe some more fruit

then a couple hours later i have maybe some more veggies and maybe some more trail mix

then a couple hours later I eat maybe some more veggies and another yogurt. if I feel like it i might have a glass of milk.


then when my adderall wears off, maybe 1 hour or so before i go to bed, i generally get a craving for some bread like stuff so i have like a couple bagels or something





and my workouts are accompanied with a protein/sugar beverage

occasionally i go out to a restaraunt and have something like steak or a cheeseburger or fish tacos or somethin

maybe once or twice a week. generally "dinner" time

you need a lot more protein dude, start eatin a shitload of chicken/fish. if you wanna stay lean, figure out your basic caloric needs and stay around there. youre doing enough that you wont bulk up. but without the protein, your muscles will never repair

actually, though, my sister is a doctor and she said the same thing as you


but I think maybe you guys don't realize how much protein i get in my supplement drinks, it's like 50-60g from those alone.
