The worst experience i've ever had from smoking ALOT was when I was at a party with friends. Now they mixed the weed with hookah which for some poeple is alot worse but also some feel it less but for me it totally fucked me up.
I started walking around touching everything trying to figure out what it was made of, and then it occured to me that in order for that to be the TRUE material I needed to spell it out loud. Also when I felt a little more normal and decided to drive home, I managed to drive the complete opposite direction for MILES and only realized I was going the wrong way by seeing some horses and shit (I live in Las Vegas in the city so no horses lol).
All in all it wasn't a bad trip per say but definately the highest i've ever been in my life.

Well, as to duration, I'd say I've been high at least 4 hours before... Whenever I have no tolerance, I will feel "something" for even longer, but actually high probably around 4 hours. Once my tolerance kicks in, I'd stay high for about 2 hours or so.
I am glad I don't smoke regularly anymore (actually, I can never even tell if I smoke at all.... I go so long in between highs that it's really like I have quit after each time.) Such a huge improvement in my life and outlook.

I remember when I was new to getting stoned I would get lost just driving a few blocks. I'd have to go down one street, then make one right turn (or a left turn coming back), and drive a little further, and be where I was going. I'd get lost. One time I got really lost and panicked over it.
I also had an incident where it had rained and I started feeling like the car was hydroplaning (it wasn't.) And incidents where me and friends would get in the car and feel like the car was rolling even when it wasn't.
I even had times where sitting at red lights I could sort of see the red color changing to green, even when it wasn't.
So stupid.
Note: while it's probably good not to drive at all when stoned, it's VERY important for people who are new to smoking weed not to drive under the influence. When you are new to weed, weed has very real psychedelic properties (ie it is very powerful and distorts perception and thought very much.)

Your experience is pretty out there.
I thought maybe it was just hitting you hard because you're new to it, but a marijuana high does not last that long (particularly the fact that you were still sketchy the next day).
It sounds like you had a panic attack, but panic attacks also typically do not go into the next day. (headaches, the sweats, and other symptoms are normal post-panic attack, but unless you're having another panic attack, you shouldn't be 'tripping out').
The only other explanation i can think of is that it was infact laced with something. Or maybe you have an allergy to something found in marijuana?
in anycase, if you didn't enjoy the experience and don't think you could enjoy a future experience, then the best decision is not to do it.

it sounds to me like you just got way more high then you were ready for. Sometimes being too high can be a bad thing

Actual high for me is usually between half an hour to max 3 or 4 hours if I smoked a pure blunt with crazy shit from holland. That stuff fucks you up badly.
The after-effects like being just really really chill but not actually stoned/high are much longer for me though. I've known times when I smoked after school and I'd still be really chill by the time I went to bed.
But yeah, if it fucks you up like that its indeed best to stay clear. Moderation is key anyway. I've smoked maybe 3 times in the last couple of weeks, just enjoy your moments with it but dont overdo.

i saw a bench n sat down my m8s looked at me n i asked one of them to come over n talk
id tried explainin it but couldnt it still felt like i wasnt there but slightly was.
i carried on walking trying not to drift off.
when i got home we chilled for a bit then went out for another spliff by this time the effect form before had worn out. the rest of the n8 was ok as we just walked around the town which i cnt remeber much off now jst thta my walking was still like walking on waves.
it was actualy about my 5 -6th time smoking refering to CapO

An 8th is definitely not enough. You should've just smoked it. If you wanna have successful cooking operations, you have to go big or don't go at all. Use an ounce of some bud and split it into 1/36ths. One section will get you fucked for 5 hours. That's 180 hours of being high if you do the math. Fucking awesome.

i remember about a month ago some friends and i went camping. i never really smoked much, but i would have a few spliffs or a bong if my mate offered...
but the night we camped my mate bought loads of weed, i dunno what it was... im no expert, i know it wasn't a solid like dirt bar/pollen or anything, it was green.. who knows if it was laced or not ...
but basically.. i had about 4-5 bongs and a spliff before hand.. we all hot boxed the compartmen in the tent. it was funny at the time.. you couldn' see anything, no joke.
i felt too hot, so i thought id get some fresh air.. so i stood up and felt weird as fuck, i got outside and my eyes.. well fucking hell, it was like an optical illusion, they spiraled in with yellow, red and blue dots, alternating . it started as a yellow dot in each eye. then a red then blue, and then another yellow, and before i knew it, my eyes were full of colours, spiraling around. i felt like i was dead. my head went reeeally heavy, i couldn't hear anything except mumbling of my mates. then i saw a fucking pink dinosaur try and eat me while i was lying on the floor :S
i decided to close my eyes, but i saw "KURT" in bring yellow flaming letters while i had my eyes shut, i thought it meant something :L
it scared the shit out of me, because as i opened my eyes, a really small blue spaceship was parked next to my head on the floor.. i couldn't belive it, i still can't. it freaked the fuck into me.
im pretty sure the weed was laced though
