Hey guys,
Ive been pretty busy and bad with updates, but wanted to start sharing again! I am opening a Coworking space and live music bar in Montenegro on October 15th and am currently posting some videos on the construction. Perhaps its interesting for you and it would be nice to welcome you in person from October! Next year I will renovate the tower ruin and start hosting RTS gaming events as well!

Haha, once the tower is up and running and I can hire a manager then ill travel a bit as well again, but probably only 4-5 months per year instead of full time.

Well, so far you could only see the small house on the YouTube videos. Wait until you see the 18th century stone ruin which is much much bigger, it will be the PERECT venue for events, you can trust me on that

But it will take until next summer to finish it. Lots of work.

Hey guys! Apologies for the delay in this video, its been pretty busy. But I managed to get it out tonight finally, 17 minutes of me trying to learn how to garden! Its super fun to get into this stuff and I will continue learning about it, obviously I dont know much just yet! But for now, Ive got the composts done and planted my first strawberries - so not too bad! Next year I will definitely hire someone to take care of all the greens and harvest fruits as I wont have the time to do it myself, but for now its amazing to slowly build up my garden.

Hey guys! Havent been active here for a while, sorry for that. In case anyone is wondering about the progress here, the house is now nearly finished and we just have to hook up the water next week and I am ready to move in.

But on other fronts we made progress as well and I am super happy with the new stone walls that we built, they just perfectly fit into the rest of the property and the stone house. I will have to hire the Ramis, the albanian stone guy for further walls to rebuild in the future for sure!

Hey! We had a very nice pre-opening event on new years, now the bar is open from 3pm every day in case someone is around and wants to see the amazing sunsets that happen here every day currently: https://www.instagram.com/p/Cm6xOxlI3Da/

Got some pictures from the bar on the instagram as well. And we started work on the stonehouse too, hoping to get that ready for the full opening in May!
