It's been a while!
I've been doing foreigner rankings for quite a while a couple of years ago - click the links for some nostalgia - my first one being from

So I decided - why not give it another go? Don't take offense if ur favorite player isn't ranked as you think he should be, this is just a fun little thing and totally subjective. I still follow a lot of games, even though i don't play as active and high level anymore. I recently played a couple of games and cheesed my way into NA GM after 2 years of hiatus, but I don't acutally play against the ppl i rank anymore^^

Hmmm, rating snute but not stephano, was there a tourney I missed? Think we gonna see both back in action in HSC very very soon, I think stephano is more tourney focused, snute more stream focused.
Fantastic list, no major correction I would make.
Neeb also is S Tier in PvZ A+ Tier in PvP and C+ in PvT, good for him that he doesn't face good Terrans too often.

with last tournament, i would slightly tweak A Tier:
4-Special / 5-uthermal / 6-Scarlett / 7-Lambo / 8-Elazer / 9-Heromarine / 10-ShoWTimE / 11-Time
showtime should be higher, but his results don't allow for it. uthermal's #5 is becoming more questionable at this point, for tournament results only. he could easily be A+ Tier
Stephano re-entry --> B+

I think Special should be in your A+ tier. I think he is clearly better than the others you have in that tier. I also think I would flip flop Uthermal and Elazer. Elazer's good days are really good and Uthermal's good days don't reach that level. Lastly I'd move Has up about 10-12 spots. He's still really good. Really good work though.
