Power naps to constant haze

As you get old, you still pretend you are invulnerable but you make stuff up to somehow justify when you do fall short.
Power naps, when taking "napping" potential/processes perspective, is a term meant to be applied to "at least" teenagers (someone who wouldn't have a nap imposed, or really whatever the situation would be would not think naps look hip or cool (and so would always refute their use/potential)) and whoever else older.

Constant haze would be the result of introducing the power of sleeping* when it is required, and pushing this pass the "best" ratio (where one would produce less than dream, creating only thought), going in to "slumberland".

Not cramming sleep hours / making your schedule with intent/result/axiom that sleep is meant to be experienced/needed/required as a a 8/12 hour of sleep in a set time, namely a "from 9 to 5" (of course more from 23:00 pm to 07.00 am, but the "9 to 5" is inherently more promising to open debate (as it stands for something like a tedious job doesn't it?) and catch phrase like useful to this typing/reading))


This constant haze would be the new fad, to make people even more remote from their lives.. or ever closer than it ever had before. This depending on the use made of the chemicals and processes induced in the sleep.

One always argues that playing video games at the highest levels (lets take flash for example) is like a haze, focused haze but haze nonetheless.

I would submit that these two activities coexist, the conscious is playing poker with his unconscious or vice versa and
they can both act positively, neutrally or negatively on the whole being.
However these self induced "power naps" are good for an individual
(or for a cult, or for all human beings as a collective...) they have to be "refined" worked upon constantly (kind of like the practice regiment of a video game once again)!

I think I will not see the event of mass power napping into constant "hazia"..

Look at how long and often animals in the wild sleep, not counting hibernation time. They aren't slouches, either. Most animals carry an incredible amount of muscle mass relative to human beings, and they have two full time jobs: finding food and avoiding becoming food.

I definitely feel as though more people need to sleep more, and need to take naps.

As I've acclaimed before, most of my "positions" are always acclaimed by girls "of age" (18 or more) and women of all ages!

nota bene : "full time jobs" how about reproduction and fame and power and ...?

I don't think I fully understood this blog ): Don't you think that sleeping more, no matter if it's through constant sleep schedule or through power naps, will always be seen as something that gets in the way of work, progress, and efficiency, thus something that gets in the way of everything our civilizations are built upon? I mean the human being is in constant struggle against Time, and how could he accept that by "losing" some time he'll be able to spend the remaining time better?

I profess that human beings would first benefit from "napping" rather than sleeping 8 hours betxeen 11pm and 9am (something very formal/traditionnal) and that that would lead to a perversion that would make us more passive but smarter beings.

tldr: sleep good, sleeping 30 minutes every 2 hours = not good if everyone does it
