Good question.
I gotta be quite honest with you, I self-tought myself a lot of the things im talking about. Im not a psychiatrist or anything but Ive been struggling with social-anxiety and other mental-issues for the last 15 years. I discovered self-help/self-actualization about a year ago and read countless of books and put in an insane amount of time into researching different ways to for example reprogram your mind (like neuro-linguistic programming for example).
Basically, I have become from being a very negative , anxious person to be someone that is much more grateful, happy, enthusiastic and positively driven in life. I fall off the path here and there but that is just part of the road to mastery.
I got to a point where I can proudly say that I overcame a lot of my weaknesses and learned a lot about myself, including self-discipline, self-respect/-love , dealing with depression, anxiety, overcoming procrastination, being relentlessly motivated, getting things done.. etc.
My point is, I worked on myself and I wanted to share what helped me. Maybe it helps you, maybe it doesnt. Am I an expert? Probably not, but I might as well share what helped me. Even if there is just 1 person that can use this stuff, it was already worth it.
