Some people like to use anger as a motivator, but I don't really understand it. I think improving yourself and working towards your goals is a lot more calculated and intellectual than what anger can provide. You really have to find specific things you can do, because chances are you can't literally punch the teeth out of whatever is bothering you. In my opinion the biggest enemy of motivation is vagueness, and being angry at yourself for not being better is about as vague as it gets.

now that I got to sleep on it, yeah I agree that I've been a little too vague about this blog regarding my own situation, rest assured I do have goals of my own which I fully intend to accomplish, its just that I've realized the extent of my own weaknesses and beating myself over it.
