Some people like to use anger as a motivator, but I don't really understand it. I think improving yourself and working towards your goals is a lot more calculated and intellectual than what anger can provide. You really have to find specific things you can do, because chances are you can't literally punch the teeth out of whatever is bothering you. In my opinion the biggest enemy of motivation is vagueness, and being angry at yourself for not being better is about as vague as it gets.
