Some of you may know me as a former contender in the NA LR war, or as some dude who just hangs out in tournament LRs for a long time just spewing nonsense and talking to the usual LR dwellers. Most of you probably don't know me at all, which is perfectly fine considering I don't really make much original content or do anything productive, and I do not have a crazy high and recognizable post count (but people who legitimize post count as a way of regarding someone higher is really dumb but oh well.
I fell in love with this scene way too fast, and some of the people in this community are people I consider friends. Though we may not directly converse or be terribly close in terms of communication, I really appreciate this community and attribute it to my current well-being.
Anyways, the last few months have been sort of slow for me on TL. Over this past summer, I came to find so much fun in chilling out in LRs and talking and befriending some people in the process, but real life has sure caught up to me since then. Since about mid-August, I have been doing so much moving around. I moved out of school in May to my girlfriend's house for about a month and a half, and then moved back to school for 6 weeks to take a course (because my university adviser sucks at her job and made my life hell). After that, I moved back in with my gf, visited Virginia for a few weeks to see my mom, sister, step-brother, and nieces, and then moved back to school soon after.
Needless to say, I do not really have a home right now LOL. I sort of bounce around from place to place until people get sick of me. But I digress.
Since my final year at college began, things have been sort of.... busy I guess. Classes are great, and I am really trying hard to push my GPA up from a 3.75 to a 3.8 before spring to achieve Summa Cum Laude status, which would be kinda cool I guess. My girlfriend and I just celebrated our one-year anniversary a few weeks ago, which was awesome. I have started running and working out again to hopefully get back in my former high school shape and get my mile time back down to sub 5:20 (it was 4:40 once :o)
The problem (if it is really a problem) with her is she is quite clingy and really likes to hang out with me at her dormitory, but we literally do nothing and I get bored easily and I feel unproductive. She doesn't quite understand the esports side of me, and I just recently got her to play a few missions of WoL, which was a nightmare, even on Easy. I love her so much, but sometimes I need a break from her, and I have literally not gone a day without seeing her since I moved back in before summer ended.
I haven't really been able to sit down for a whole day and watch a tournament or a stream or talk in an LR, which actually makes me kind of sad because I love this community and the people in it.
Obligatory Shoutouts to those I love on this site (mid-blog, of course)

I have really missed being a part of this community, even though I feel like I never really left. I check TL and Reddit multiple times a day, and squeeze in the occasional post here and there, but I am trying really hard to adjust some of my life in order to be a part of it again. I am tired of doing the same routine every day that I have been the past month or so: get up, go to class, eat lunch, go running, hang out with my gf for several hours, do homework, realize its past midnight, squeeze in a game of SC2/LoL/Dota, then go to bed and rinse and repeat. I have wanted to get back involved with this scene for a while now, and finally man up and start what I have wanted to start for a while.
That is why.....

I am officially announcing my "EPIC ESPORTS PLAN OF CONTENT AND THINGS YOU MIGHT ENJOY". I will soon be acquiring the necessary components to be able to create content on a regular basis and fully harness my #passion. Here is the breakdown of what I will be doing.
I have applied to cast the qualifiers for the "32 Boys 1 Cup" tournament run by BaseTradeTV, and hope to hear back about it and cast it. I might solocast it, but if any of the dear LR kings would like to hop in, lmk.
My new brand will be called VultTV. I will simultaneously run a YouTube channel, Twitch channel, Soundcloud page and other social media things to create content for you guys and others that may be interested. This isn't your run of the mill weekly podcast that goes over everything that every other podcast does. This is MUCH MORE. The structure of my 3/week show will be to recap tournaments, news and stories within the scene. Simple, right? WRONG. Not only will I do that three times a week, but I am going to highlight certain topics on certain days.
MONDAYS - MAPS AND MAPMAKERS
WEDNESDAYS - WACKY PLAYS WEDNESDAYS (user submissions welcome)
FRIDAYS - FORTUNE TELLING AND FEATURING THE UNFEATURED FRIDAYS (basically I predict results, and some trade deals, as well as give a shoutout to an unfeatured streamer on TL.)
I may also consider started a longer-running podcast of sorts (through SoundCloud), where I might reach out to players, casters, personalities and even YOU LR PEOPLE to just come on and chat and do whatever. This would not be as much of a hard-work payoff thing, more of a fun environment where I can personally express my feelings about what is going on in an informal manner and such.
This stuff I would like to have started by mid-November, but do not be surprised if its not until New Years 2015 until the channel picks up.
Finally, I will be beginning to stream regularly through my new channel, www.twitch.tv/VultTV. I am aiming for late night streams on some weekdays (probably Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays) from probably 10/11pm EST until whenever I get tired and want to pass out. My stream quality also won't be incredible. I am at a university where it only lets me adequately stream at 720p(sometimes 1080p depending on time of day)/30FPS, so if that isn't good enough for you, I apologize.

All of this stuff will be done myself singlehandedly, so if you would like to get involved with this or help me out with anything in any way, please shoot me a PM, any help would be much appreciated <3
TL;DR
- I have been sporadic with my involvement in the scene for a while, want to get back in.
- Personal scheduling and being busy has been a problem
- I Love TL
- VULTTV is now a thing.
- I hope I can make quality content for you all and show good games.
EDIT: After careful reconsideration I'm canceling this for the time being. I agree wth people saying this is a massive undertaking, so I decided to put it off for a while to figure it out as well as my life. I've not been having the best of weeks so far and I think I'm going insane. Hopefully next year I'll be capable of doing something like this. I feel like an idiot.
Anyways, if you read all of this, thank you so much <3 I love all you TL nerds.
SMELL YA LATER.
