have you considered websites such as booking.com or hostelworld? I used those sites when I went to Korea (3 times, good price/quality and never a problem). I d recommend you to take a look at worst you re just gonna waste a couple minutes (I really hope you find a good hotel for your team though! and good luck to your players!)

Yeah hostels are the way to go. They're cheap and they typically put 10-12 bunk beds in a single room, so you can get 20 people in there.

Thanks for the replies guys.
Unfortunately it seems most of the alternatives are either too far away or even more expensive than the Hyatt.
I will be looking into finding some group rebates.

No Nemo will not be attending because of work. If it was only a 1 day event maybe he could have squeezed through....
