No form of automation or botting is allowed on the SlashDiablo server!
SlashDiablo provides links for multiboxing programs however.
I want to start by saying I lost my 3 week old Diablo 2 B.net account because I tried to use the maphack while only accessing the Slash Diablo private server. But since the B.Net community is run by bots and is incredibly difficult to trade within I decided to make the full switch to this private server. On B.Net all I did was MF solo, until I had gear for a barb/javazon/druid to solo through Hell. Bots controlled the runs, and there was little chance to find opportunistic trades!
The subreddit is for trading, group offers/times, PvP, and PvE events! Slash Diablo users are primarily based in the Americas, so those time zones offer the best chance for public games to populate.

Slash Diablo provides it's own version of Maphack Maphack provides full vision through darkness, it detects items dropped, whether socketed and/or ethereal, it shows item levels Slash Diablo's maphack detects monsters on the map, and classifies them
The version of Diablo 2 : LoD needs to be 1.13c. The version of BH Maphack needs to be 1.4.
I'm still having instability issues with D2 on Windows 7 after multiple safeguards by right clicking on the desktop icon and running with compatibility and in the restrictions allowed to be checked. Because of this I'm attempting to use Windows 7 Virtual PC, which I downloaded from the official site, to run the game in an XP Virtual Space. I'll be done with that later and compatibility should be perfect within that framework, and finally no more alt-tab CRASHES! (UNHANDLED EXCEPTION : VIOLATION)
As for my own personal advice when restarting in D2.
Don't min/max your first character Gambling for tier 1 items [Gull Dagger or Tarn Helm] is fastest on gold mules Be careful how you build for PvE, research what's possible in Hell You don't have to solo anymore until Nightmare/Hell! And you can actually have viable companion strategies and group synergies with active players not constantly botting for Baal runs!
Respect the Slash Diablo Subreddit, and the private server!

Make sure to check box "disable desktop composition" under compatibility. Also start screen resolution under diablo to fix 95% of color issues in game. What other issues are you having? I run fine on w7 x64 home premium.

My crashes are decreasing. I replaced the game.exe file and upgraded the new .exe to 113C, and my join game crashes disappeared. I haven't tested my alt-tab errors thoroughly. So far, so good, and I'm already collecting tier 1 gear!

I have something to the contrary.
To anyone wishing to play Diablo 2 on a server untouched by bots, slashdiablo is not the place which you should play. Try single player.
Slashdiablo allows for a maphack. The maphack which is distrubted server wide contains a bot. (which was updated FOR slashdiablo). Specifically, it contains the hack auto-tele which will teleport you between zones like any ordinary bot would do. This is shown by the the publicly available source code, which shows its implementation: LINK: Look at autotele.cpp. There is a bit removed though, One must merely paste a paragraph of the original auto-tele source into the source code (and compile it) to get it working: I got them both working, check the stamina bar. If you look, merely the keybinding function definition is missing. Any person who is aware of this vulnerability can activate this bot as part of the hack.
When I brought up this source code vulnerability to the subreddit... one of the moderators told me he was aware of of the problem and responded as such: His response. I feel his mistake was that he banned me from the subreddit:for making a thread. Apparently I was showing users a vulnerability to which the moderators (and elite) knew full well of. I approached him in-game and this is what he said: Read bottom to top: Reason for my ban: DRAMA
See the problem I have is that this community has a distriubted hack; to which the minority elite can manipulate to give themselves an advantage.
I just feel that the moderators have taken advantage of the small community which they govern and advocate their good will. They use of the same tools they demonize to get an edge. Avoid this private server at all costs folks.

I understand this is a old thread but its the only thread on the topic even on google lol. I really would appreciate anyones help in readding this auto tele feature into my BH mh. Honestly dont really care if i get banned for it im bored and i think it would be a cool feature to have. If someone out there would be so kind to help me that would be awesome!

@phayze ty for your experience. I wouldn't want a bunch of cunts controlling my account. I'll stick to battle.net tyvm. Already isn't alot of people playing these days. Only on Ladder EXP you can find games, otherwise, pretty much empty.

well, you could always play on the http://europebattle.net diablo 2 server, the ladder recently reset there and they got about 800 players online and guess what, no god damn bots or cheaters! they own the http://usabattle.net domain too
