EPT*NASL is just being used as a placeholder name, it could be whatever/whoever (in theorycraft universe dreamhack would be the EU equivalent
1) NASL's individual tournament is dropped in favor of monthly/every other month/whatever amateur (no sponsorship or not part of a team that pays them more than X dollars or at all) tournaments. Top 2/4/6/8 join a roster of players for X months that NASL sets up opportunities for them to spread their name (showmatches etc~).
2) NASTL becomes a proleague-style long-term teamleague and adopts the tier system of IPTL, while NASL is dropped because of WCS NA. Every team that enters NASTL also enters into a partnership with NASL organization. Team NASL gets to play the occasional match against teams in NASTL as well as showmatches against players from NASTL teams.
3) At the end of every round/season/when the team exceeds X in size, the 2/4/6/8 players that have been on team NASL for the longest go up for draft, with NASTL teams getting first bid, followed by other regions and finally if nobody wants a player he becomes a free agent for anyone to pick up.
