In that case i'd like to propose a few small changes: It took you quite a while to figure these out, but he has been training you for a few months now. Firstly, he is always completely still.on photos. Know how if you move too fast the second someone takes a photo, you get these motion lines? He doesn't. Ever. You have a video of him running across a room, and he is completely still on every single frame. Secondly, and this took you even longer to figure out, he moves at exactly 24 frames per second. This is barely enough to make his movement not feel too jagged, but it is definitively noticable.

We could maybe do another Pandemonio one shot at some point, since everyone seemed to enjoy themselves (except Sven maybe, since it was purely combat. :D) but this time with more experienced demn slayers, so we could have combat that revolves around more than just rolling 1 kind of attack dice and checking vs peasants hitting you. :> I actually kinda enjoyed it, the problem wasn't really the combat but that the fights were so longwinded and unproblematic. Part of that is that you just started killing everything you saw without a second thought (For example, the Hells Angels really didn't like the skinheads, but you just killed both of them) Maybe the next time i need some of the people who are involved actually be nice guys. Basically, my main story was: Demon turned up, killed the guys planting the Weed in the forest, and went to the Skinheads. Got into a position of power there and started training them into a militia. Used Weedmoney to buy lotsa guns from Hells Angels. Also went to the punks and kind of weaved them into that militia and reconciled differences between the two groups. Following would be phase two where major community leaders were captured, bombs and snipers everywhere, war on the streets until the police inevitably wins and the demon walks away somewhere else to do the same thing. However, the weedgrowers worked for Hells Angels, so they were kinda pissed off now after they found out what had happened. The spread human parts in the weedlab were the missing policemen, and didn't really solve any purpose except that demons like killing. But you just slaughtered everyone. Which lead to the main problem, and i tend to make this mistake often apparently. Lots of weak guys don't make for fun fights. Part of this was the exploding dice role we used giving you an even greater advantage then expected. Secondly you kind of guessed that you wouldn't need traction or instinct, and were probably correct there. Maybe i should have given some of the demon-trained guys 3s somewhere, but the main problem is that that is kind of the limit for normal humans. Which honestly is kind of a problem in the lore here, because that means that the only things that are actually even the slightest threat are Angels, demons and other halfbreeds, and the basic scenario for beginner characters usually involves exactly one of those. Practically, i didn't expect humans to be that worthless in combat. Of course they are a lot weaker then you guys, but apparently guys with 2 dice can't even scratch you, no matter how many of them there are. I didn't do the maths for this, but i think there is a maximum to the efficiency of adding additional dice somewhere ~6. After that, you usually get a 11 or 12 in each roll, and you don't gain too much from additional dice, as we saw with the 18 dice rolls you guys had. But below that, 2 is just radically worse. But generally, i just shoudln't throw too many trash NPCs in, because they make fights long and tedious. And probably have at least one faction somewhere in there that are not assholes even before the demon turned up.

EDIT: also dismiss, what would you suggest for what level we should be in your one-shot? Oh also a list of classes and their general rundowns would be great. AAAAnd, I suggest that our one-shot is us being monster hunters, we'd walk the planes searching for deadly and strange monsters to hunt; the one-shot could be our first hunt as a group or something. This also has the feature of being able to reoccur very easily, as each hunt could be like an episodic adventure.

As for the player level, I think I'll have it somewhere around 10-12. This way most character will be able to do exciting things, but combat won't be really complicated and involve lots of knowledge that you probably don't have. E: I just read Sven's post, but am too lazy and tired to respond now. I figured that the whole point of that system was to kill everything, so I just went and killed everything. :D
