Hey TL
Can any of you who are good at Chinese transliterate these few sentences? I don't need them translated, just typed out in Chinese. I simply can't read them because the handwriting is so messy, and I'm only accustomed to reading Chinese that's been typed on a computer, not handwritten...
Thanks in advance
edit: some stuff that i've managed to make out so far....

parsing through shit like this was easily the worst part of working in a Chinese bank
my boss's handwriting was roughly on part to this--sometimes I wished I could get telepathic powers so I could figure out his intended adjustments to the slides and/or model without having to read it

Holy shit, the scribbles I'm making in my notebook are more legible than that, and I'm just now learning it. :x
I'm no help, just wanted to say good luck and add to the "holy shit" fest. :x

fyi, if it helps he's saying
don't know about the first part--seems like some technical vocab

some US DOE and USTDA officials, as well as the NGO Alliance to Save Energy reps, were on the US side. Chinese delegates include some mayors and vice mayors from cities/municipalities, and some gov officials in MOHURD, minitry of railways, ministry of transport, state intellectual property office, some others....
they visited some cities in california, meeting with local gov officials in events on energy efficiency and eco-city development, focusing on narrower topics like transportation, architecture, technology policy, etc.

i wouldn't call the handwriting "bad." it's more like... once you've written a language for so long, you get so good at it that you can write however the fuck you want to, and some people recognize that as skill. the above sentences that i couldn't read can be considered a cursive style called 草书 (grass script) that you see in calligraphy.
it looks cool, but it's also hard as shit to read. i'd rather they reserve that for art lol.

It's asking for if he's going to cooperate/joint venture with some of the American companies/industries he met. I'm assuming he wrote down the name of two companies or industries- if you look through the list of companies/industries that were present at this exchange visit, you can probably find the two companies he was referring to.
I'm also not convinced the fourth character is 源

Yeah, I am a foreigner to Chinese, and I can study in China if I wanted to as I have passed the HSK (think TOEFL for Chinese, and you got the idea), but I can't make out what the handwriting says. Cursive is especially difficult to understand.

I want to say 环保资源技术,废物资源技术, but that doesn't look quite right
I think they are XX资源技术 and YY资源技术, he used the shorthand 原
