Hey TL. I seem to be dying right now. (Trying very hard to cough my lungs up)
Anyway I'm super tired and sick and I have to stay home. Right now I want something simple to occupy the time when I am awake enough to be bored around the house, but to tired to do anything substantual. Keep in mind this is also over the course of a week.
I have very shitty internet so I would appericate something around 100MB's or less.

Watch coverage of the Dota 2 International! It's all I did today for twelve hours. Got literally nothing else done (did a load of laundry, I guess).

Yes, and there's really good live coverage of it as well (multiple high quality streams with commentary).

Team Fortress 2 happens to be a very, very versatile game. If you want a great casual first person shooter experience that offers humour, style and an insane amount of replay value, go for it. It also has microtransactions for cosmetic elements (the infamous Hats hahaha) as well as weapons (which by the way there is a ton of; more keep coming out every once in a while).
The interesting thing is that despite being a very enjoyable casual game, TF2 also has a sick strategic depth, so if you're into competitive play and can meet some competitive TF2 players as you get acquainted with the game, you're going to have a lot of fun practicing and playing with them as a team.

Though I guess if your internet is that bad you might not be interested in a 10.5 GB download that gets updated pretty damn often. :/

The only game that fits the requirements that comes to mind and is good would be Atom Zombie Smasher(41mb).
For entertainment/humour I would go to http://www.27bslash6.com/ or http://clientsfromhell.net/
