The past few weeks I have had some of the worst luck ever.
Me and my girlfriend were living together with my parents, I had a job and a car and was saving for our own place, things were going good.
Within the past month things have went to hell... First her and my parents got on bad terms so she decides to move back to her parents which is an hour drive away, so whatever I had no problem with going to see her on days I didn't have to work.
But that was only the beginning....
I had just got hired onto a new job working at a factory making car parts, I worked 3rd shift and only have one day off every two weeks. The pay was pretty decent and it was actually the first job I had enjoyed doing because it was easy money, The Supervisor kept giving me a hard time. Always saying I would come in late when I knew I was on time, I had to be there by 10:15 pm and I always go there around 10:10 pm, every time he would walk past my press he would give me really bad looks, I just didn't understand it because I had literally did nothing to the guy.
But anyway my girlfriends birthday was coming up soon and so I figured I would ask for that day off since I had came in everyday and been working my ass off. So I stopped him and told him if it was alright if I took that day off and I wish I would of never asked because he freaked out. Saying the most rude comments, I was in complete shock he acted the way he did. The rest of the night he just would walk past my press and stare me down, so the next day I got a phone call from the job telling me I had been let go due too, to many tardys. I was so furious because I knew for a fact I was never late except for one time and that was the first day I started and was confused on the way things worked so anyway I lost my job which = no money. And so far it has been hell trying to find a new one, there are not any unless I want to work at mcdonalds....No thanks.
But anyway after that happened I have been able to keep alittle bit of money in my pocket enough, to go see my girlfriend whom I love more than life and hating being away from, BUT TO BEAT IT ALL. The other day my car started acting funny and would get hot ect. Well on my way to see her today the motor shut off and the car started smoking....I had blew a head gasket and if anyone doesn't know anything about cars that means that it is completely fucked and would cost alot of money to fix, so now my parents are selling it for parts.
How did this happen? within a month I lost everything, No job = No money. No car = Not being able to see the one person who keeps me happy. I just don't know where to go from here, sorry for this long rant but I have just had the worst month of my life, things never seem to get better for me. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me? Thank you for reading if you made it this far, I love you TL <3
If there's only one person that keeps you happy, then you need some friends.
If she makes you that happy, man up, take a $1500 loan to buy a shit car and take that shit job at McDonalds to pay it off.
If not, just make sure you don't tell her you'd rather never see her or even lose her over working a menial job for a few months like millions of people.
People lose jobs all the time, don't fucking surrender.
I'd be pissed at this job guy too, together with the other stuff it surely feels overwhelming. However once you found a good job you'll feel better. Isn't using the train to see your gf a short term resolution until you got enough money for a car?

Unfortunately a Train isn't a way of transportation here ):
All we have are Cabs and that would cost about 70$ just to get there.

No offense, but life and things can't be THAT bad if you can turn down a job. A job is a job. Money is money. If making money means seeing ur girl and seeing your girl makes you happy, then you shouldn't feel above ANY job.
Id take the mcdonalds job. Im pretty sure you'd easily make $10 or more per hour, with the possibility of advancing. I know someone that started out simply working minimum wage at a mcdonalds, and like 5 years later now owns his own. He makes pretty good money and barely has to do anything for it. Don't knock anything till you at least try it.
