Korean Heater Help

If you've been following my blogs you'll know that I recently moved to Korea. It's been 9 days, and I finally got sick like everybody said I would. Anyway, it's also been pretty cold recently, which has been magnified by my illness, and I can't figure out the damn heater! The only thermostat I found in my apartment is the water heater control, and I'm not even sure if that controls the floor heating. Is there anybody here that can translate it for me?

My wife and I are freezing! Especially at night!

Help would be much appreciated. Also, this weekend I'm going to post a full update about my first two weeks!

This is just kind of an emergency, so I'm coming here for help.

Man I hope this place even HAS heat. lol

Well, have you tried simply maxing the dial and seeing if anything changes? It's not like a Japanese AC which has a thousand buttons, it seems like this is pretty easy to use. Unfortunately my korean is far from enough to actually translate, but one thing I'm pretty sure of:
The dial on the far left is set to "heater", the other option being "cooler", so that should be fine at least.

I even didn't know why watertank is blinking, but found out on naver.com
This usually blinks once/twice a year, and if it's blinking more than that, there should be somewhere water leak.

3. Fill the Watertank
4. Combustion/burn
5. Power off
6. Power on
7. Power
8. Service center
- How to buy : 1588-9933
- After Service(A/S) : 1544-3651
9. Indoor temperature
10. Low(heating)
11. High(heating)
12. Timer(55,60,65,75 are minutes)
13. Heating + Hot water
14. No Heating + Hot water(You should use this in summer right? :D)

Just now I remembered that I read like four months ago that indoor heating is achieved by running hot water under the floor. Of course the boiler controls the indoor heating! How could I forget that XD

No need to set timer. I usually use this in winter when i go to bed.

Seems i misunderstood this timer thing.

Haha, I had that exact same thermostat in my last house : )

so yeh, fill up your boiler (there'll be a tap somewhere for that)
then juts turn it on at the top right, the 'fill boiler' button will go off and then it should be good

Just make sure the bottom right one is turned to the left, the right is 'water only'
