Hello guys! I wanted to share 4 of my "newest" sets, I have been playing around with my new MIDI controller and I can say that I feel with a lot more options than with my last controller.
Alright, this one is even more energetic than the last two, picked my favourite tracks and prepared a sick playlist that will test your headphones/speakers. If you're a fan of the genre, make sure to check it out! PS: there are some mistakes here and there, but it's still enjoyable.
Hardstyle:
More or less the same description as Hardcore, still energetic and it ends with a little fun remix I really like, if you're a Hardstyle fan make sure to check it out aswell! PS: Some mistakes here aswell, hopefully they aren't "mixkillers".
You can find the playlists of each mix inside their respective links, hope you guys check them out and tell me what you think!
Also, if you have any genres you would like to have me mix, feel free to ask!
Cheers <3
...man coming up with "decent" blog titles is hard.
Sweeeeeet! As much as I love it, I've gotten a little sick of this one through over-use during exam period
I like your stuff, I'll add it to my bookmarks folder for *upbeat music* (: Merci, ya des parts c mortel, tkt les erreures sortent pas trop. La prochaine peut e^tre du "Liquid DnB", genre immense du sort (:

I used my Traktor S2 (The controller) + Traktor 2 to mix all of this

Thanks! I will try to get some more Liquid, I mostly have older drum and bass tracks (from around 2006 / 2007). I have been wanting to mix some liquid so probably that will be my next goal. Glad you liked them!
Are you a (semi-) professional dj? Because spending 600€ for a Midi-Controller just as a hobby sounds like way too much for me, as there are cheaper ones that do the same job ( less quality obv, but who needs insane quality for his hobby? )

Usually cheap DJ equipment tends to be very unreliable, I had 3 controllers before this one, they just break down WAY too fast. I also plan on trying to win some money by playing on parties and hell, maybe at a club once I gain more experience with this. I guess that most people who DJ would tell you the same thing, cheap DJ equipment is great for your first year of learning I would say, after that it becomes almost obligatory to upgrade so something better.
I've only listened to the first two but they are super chill. I like it! Good job Drum & Bass sounds like it could be in a movie soundtrack. Part of a chase scene or something!
