I just wanted to share this with any Diablo 2 fans or simply fans of awesome weaponry in general.
My Uncle and I used to play D2 quite a bit, and since he started his new night shift job, he has had a ton of free time (works in a huge shop at the railroad, little happens at night). He has always been very talented with carvings, art, and making weird but awesome things in general. Tonight he surprised me with his latest creation, a battle-ready completely hand made flail (every spike, even the wood was hand carved, grinded, and/or welded). He also hammered in the runes to Tal Rasha's tomb using hand formed copper imbedded in the wood handle. Anyway, on to the pics.

Despite the fact that I hate Flails, I'll admit that's pretty bad ass.

That copper in the wood effect is fucking amazingly sick for runes like that imo. Awesome work by him!

Once upon a time I made a 4 inch sword during shop class (metalworking) in high school and "almost" got expelled (department head decided to just turn a blind eye but told me if the principle found out I would be in serious trouble).
