MLG Providence: Rings, signs, Idra and more

So, I'm sure there will be a tone of these at some point but this is a little bit of my experience of MLG Providence...

So Day one was pretty exciting, I got to meet a lot of people and get a lot of signatures from some big players. I even talked to TLO for a couple of minutes.. Funny story about that... Bumped into him in the morning and didn't recognize him (I know I know, I never really looked at the faces of the players just their streams >_>) and we started just talking me asking where he was from and stuff like that. Then he left and my friends just like Duuuude did you get his autograph? And I of course didn't until he was signing later and he recognized me from early, so yahh that was pretty sweet haha ^_^ Also while Jeremy was playing, I saw Puma sitting two seats away from him and Boxer was standing behind him watching him play. The whole time Im trying to get his attention and hes just pointing to his computer saying hes playing a match *facepalm* Finally he ends up getting their signatures though. And at another time when Tyler was signing stuff, I had a friend of ours (Ducky) grab his shirt while he was playing and Jeremy ends up comming up to me later saying some random Korean guy stole his shirt (which I had in my hand atm lol)

Most of the day though, I was sitting and watching the games. I got to see some of my favorite players plus one of the guys from NESC2LEague go up on stage which was just like friggen awesome ^_^

The second day was a lot like the first, going around talking to people getting autographs. The second day I was able to get third row seats :D Tastosis was signing today as well, jeremy was playing again so I jumped in line to get their signatures. The line was HUGE, like over 100 people, and I was right in the middle of it. When jeremy's game was over, he comes running, over saying he loves me cause of the line. When we finally got to the head of the line, Jeremy goes hey Dan and Artosis say he how you-OH HEY! Its Adrenaline! (I guess they were buddy buddy back in BW lol) Anyways, It was my first MLG and I was just in complete Awe of everything. How big the crowd was how it was just so much more intense to watch the games in person than on the stream.

The third and final day... OH. EM. GEE. (And I don't normally say that either)

The third day was probably the most memorable. In the begining of the day, we got there a little late. So we had no seats. MLGLee saw us, and recognized sYz-adrenaline, my boyfriend. He talked to us for a bit, commented on my shirt (Mythrowback 2006 MLG shirt (Got it from a store a while back)) and then gave us his VIP pass and let Jeremy, Tempest, and me sit in the second row on the left stage. They were the best seats ever.

That day, I had my Ipad. I got bored at one point and started to make a LOT of signs to hold up when the camera was going around, and a lot of them got caught and put up on stage (they are at the bottom) It was wicked cool that my signs actually got put up on the big screen. I even was able to talk to idra and get his signature, me telling him that I really want him to win it and he smiled and said thanks and was just a nice guy which I thought was not that noticeable but when I got back to my seat Tempest said that it was kinda surprising that he was nice to me.

About half way through the day, Jeremy ended up getting called aside so that he could be interviewed. We got to go into the NOS lounge as they interviewed him, They asked him things like why is he here and what he thought of the open bracket. Then he said he actually wanted to ask me something... he gave the mic back and got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I was completely shocked and speechless. Obviously I said yes >_> It was just so amazing.

sYz-Adrenaline's ninja edit~~: I also ended up talking to MLG Lee to get myself and Katie a behind the scenes look of MLG's back stage area. It;s truly amazing of how much stuff goes on backstage and what's needed to set up, and maintain everything throughout the entire day of streaming.Also the caster booths are a lot smaller then I thought haha.

But thats not all that happened, later on in the day I ended up getting interviewed for a documentary about Idra and Esports in general. They asked me about my history with starcraft and what I thought about Idra. It was really cool that when ever this thing comes out, I might be in it ^_^ (its the My life for Auir Link)

After that, it was the championship and You alllll know how that went (absolutely crazy XD) Jeremy and I walked to the hotel and then to the Cheese cake factory, where they had no hamburgers apparently T_T So we had to go to some other place.

But yah, those are the parts of MLG that stands out to me the most. And here are the pictures ^_^

Also sorry about any misspellings, its late at night for me but I really wanted to get this up since a couple of guys were taking pictures of my signs and said they couldn't wait to see the post on TL

Meeting everyone again that I met prior to MLG was definitively my favorite part of MLG. A Close second is knowing that Boxer was watching me play in the player's pit warming up on day 1 was pretty awesome and then watching him play a few moments later. Also the VIP treatment from MLG Lee was amazing, big thanks to MLG Lee for that and helping me set up the secret interview to propose to now my fiance.
