EPTOriginally, the tuesdays are nights for our clan to practise. Since my little brother is the EU coach I love to go to practise nights.. I learn a lot from them and it also gives me a bit more of a boost to play 1v1s..
So... starting up starcraft.. oh.. look. an update!! YARRR more goodies!
After the update I realised.. it was an update for the NA!! CRAPPP!! that means I cant log into the EU untill that one gets updated.. It will happen today on wednesday so I dont have to wait for a long time. .I need to add three people in it cause I want to practise or play with them.
I use a relocaliser to switch between versions, and overall it works very well.. Untill blizzards starts to update things.. Then it is screwed up.. I downloaded the new version of it and it fixed my NA acount.. So no practise for me, but my little bro was also going to study for his exams so it wasnt that big of a deal..
On the first game I met this Lawyer out of Philly.. When I asked him how many games he played he answered me with "not a lot"... Guessing he was a total n00b I was multitasking between skype, irc and then lost to a drop in the back of my base!! I clearly underestimated this person and I wanted to have revenge.. So adding this person to my friends we played several games..
Actually, we talked on skype and we played 7 games. I was laughing a lot, cause he was quite funny and fanatic in winning from me.. Good thing I owned that person with 5-2.. He told me he will get his revenge and admitted to be beaten by a girl!! He was laughing the whole time on skype and talking shizzle to try to get me out of my concentration.. I am quite proud on these games.. I used several builds and micro-ed!!
The builds I used were:
7 RR
6 pool (never done that before.. believe it or not)
fast expansion (on 15 drones..)
and then the build that I normally use: 14 gas/14 pool/16 hatch and then to roaches and attack.. With this last version i changed it a bit so i could have mutalisks and corrupters too (since he was making a lot of banshees and medivacs)
After that I think i had 2 hours of "Ask Nudge" and helping several people out in the day9tv irc channel with xsplit
... So quite a productive night.. Time for my bed
