EPTSometime ago I ended up posting in a thread here about our old gamer tags and the people we used to know and it kind of turned into me just tossing out my names + some people I'd like to find from my old days in both WoW and some other games. This was entirely what I'd like to call a "Message in the bottle" deal. I never really expected to get a response from anyone and soon the whole thread and my memories of it faded and the world continued to spin.
Until I got an email on one of my older emails that I used to hand out/give to friends when I gamed if they needed to contact me. It just so happened it was one of the people I used to know. And how did they find me?
Yeaup. TeamLiquid and the thread I has posted in many months ago. He had googled one of my old gamer tags and the thread had pop'd up. He found my email from it and bam we got to reconnect after loosing touch for ages. That's just so awesome to me.
Team Liquid helped me find one of my most awesome friends who at the time we razed hell in quite a few game adventures.
I really do generally feel that this site, and the people in it are some of the best people in the world and this site is just amazing at bringing good luck and fortune to it's users. I don't generally post just blind praise of something but damnit it's just awesome that TL helped an old friend find me.
So thanks TL. You so beast.
*cough* In other news.
I finally started playing ranked games in League and I am enjoying it greatly but it's really hard to get games in when I want to watch all these awesome SC and League tournaments past two weeks. I am even streaming on occasion which I find is fun because I get to talk to myself and no one questions me if I just say I am streaming.
