I started this game out in about december as a bronze player, i couldnt win to save my life and hated that i lost so much but i eventually improved and made the march all the way from league to league until now i am a platinum level protoss player. I stay within top 25 Plat almost always but i cant seem to do better. It seems that ive either hit a wall or this is just as good as i can possibly be? im not really for sure, Because i mean no matter how much i love the game or watch pros, i always seem to screw up in matchups. I would say my strongest thing is my crisis management, oddly enough i dont get flustered when mass drops, nyduses, things llike this happen, i generally can pull ahead in situations like that, but i lose a lot in straight up battles and things like this. I know in PvP i lose a lot because i love upgrades and i end up have a way inferior army number wise. Such as having a 3-3 army and the opponent having 1-1 or 2-2 and still losing just because of overwhelming force. It just seems that my play style isnt that good im assuming. I used to be a very aggressive player and think that maybe i should start to be more aggressive again. Such as versus terran especially pushing with a small force early in the game to see whats going on and if they just have marines or something, easily kill them. Ive had a few wins here and there where ive won like this but not a ton. Im also a very greedy player, ive contemplated the switch to zerg just because of this, i love taking expos, and love taking risks, which i know can hurt me sometimes in my matchups but at the same time it seems that its moreso my desicion making with army comp, and tech switches that are killing me. Any advice? and for some odd reason i have been getting bmed a lot lately? i mean i actually have been pretty calm and dont mind so much wheni lose anymore like someone who messaged me that i was horrible after a game, and made fun of my name and i just kept telling him im sorry he felt that way, he eventually gave up when he seen i was not getting mad lol

Well, my first bit of advice would be to post a couple replays. Replays give people a much better idea of how you are actually playing, rather than trying to guess what your problems are from that post.
Also, if you can try to get some free lessons or something from someone better than you, or even just practice with masters players. Anyone better than you should be able to give you some sort of pointers or give you some idea of how to improve.

You sound like a good player actually. It's good not to be flustered about drops or harassment, and you say you lose straight up confrontations, maybe work on your macro. Your game sense and general strategy seems to be fine, expoing a lot is very strong but it's a calculated risk, getting upgrades is great but keep scouting him to see his army and upgrades and tech and how many bases he has too.
So don't change your style since that's what you seem to be most comfortable with but try to scout more I guess.

A couple thoughts:
- Your entire blog entry is a single, 410-word paragraph. Consider using carriage returns to break up your thoughts in a reasonable fashion.
- Bullet points are good, too.
- From what I can tell, you got better, got promoted, and are now playing against opponents of your skill level. This is good-- it means that you need to get even better if you want to move up.
- If you're looking for specific strategic advice, you'll probably want to post a replay or two, along with a ~100 word analysis of what you think happened in the replay and why you lost.

I also felt like I was hitting a text wall. T.T

There is definatly room for improvementfor platinum level players, when i smurf on other accs and play time i feel like i can just do anything and win. And im master protoss.
A tip is to check replays and then look as simple mistakes like, "when do my supply start to get lower than my opponent".

As everyone's been saying, replays would be great. Then TONS of people can help you. Even if you don't feel like you need it, there's no harm in posting up reps

Text walls are always good :D. But I agree with everyone else, post some replays let us check out your problems rather than you telling us what you think. Also as been mentioned above post a short analysis of what you think your doing wrong and we can tell you if your right or wrong.
Finally, just keep playing the game. I lost to a high gold protoss late last night. I am diamond... that hurt my ego so much. But just keep playing man, watching your replays and improving, eventually you will get past that wall that you seem to be stuck behind now.
